$1.6 Million
A railroader suffered head and back injuries when he was thrown from the front of a moving train. In a highly contested trial involving extensive witness, railroad, and medical expert testimony, the jury awarded the railroader $1.6 million under the FELA. The verdict was affirmed following a highly contested appeal.
We have represented hundreds of railroaders over the years who have suffered injuries through the negligence of the railroad. We are proud and honored to serve the union and the railroaders who put their lives on the line in one of the most dangerous industries in the country.
