Our clients, a married couple, were injured on Christmas Eve 2008 when a truck failed to stop and slammed into the side of their vehicle as they attempted to make a left turn into a private drive.

The husband suffered a traumatic brain injury, which required hospitalization of four months. His medical expenses totaled $370,000.  His wife sustained a broken hip in the wreck and her medical expenses were $30,000.

As we concluded the case after four days of testimony, the defendants decided to settle for $3.1 million.
