Jamie is originally from Niceville, Florida. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and went to Loyola University to pursue law. While at Loyola, Jamie had the honor of being a member of law review, moot court, and interning for Justice Knoll of the Louisiana Supreme Court. Jamie joined the Unglesby Law Firm in 2017.
Jamie litigates catastrophic injury lawsuits and has managed mass tort litigations, representing thousands of clients who were injured due to defective medical devices, drugs, and other products. Jamie is also part of the trial team, handling fact and expert witnesses during complex personal injury and wrongful death trials. She has been involved in multiple civil jury trials that have resulted in multi-million-dollar jury verdicts and settlements.
Based on her experience, Jamie was invited to become an adjunct faculty member of the Tulane Law School trial advocacy program and has been actively involved since 2021.
