Co-Counsel and Local Counsel

We are a premier trial firm with a long track record of success providing co-counsel and local counsel support for law firms of all sizes. Co-counsel often turn to us for help on legal matters of tremendous complexity, where the stakes are high. In fact, we regularly lead efforts on cases that are covered by local and national news media. Law firms who turn to us value our spirit of collaboration and our collegial culture. We encourage our co-counsel partners to look at us as an extension of their own firms. This philosophy has led to many highly successful and long-term relationships.

Many of the cases we work on command extremely high verdict and settlement values. We take great pride in delivering not only for the law firms who look to us for co-counsel and local counsel support, but for their clients who are depending on successful outcomes for their futures, and for injustices they have suffered to be rectified.

We recognize that each case and arrangement with co-counsel is unique. We place tremendous value on our co-counsel relationships, and work tirelessly to achieve the goals of the law firms and clients who place their trust in us. We have the capacity, creativity, and flexibility to serve you and your clients in a variety of ways, including as local counsel, co-counsel at the onset of the case, trial counsel late in the litigation, and as appellate counsel.

We also know that litigating cases can be very expensive and understand that you run a business that supports your family and the families of your employees. We can accommodate a variety of fee and cost sharing arrangements, including arrangements to cover all costs.

We are regularly asked to enter in a case to serve as trial counsel, sometimes only weeks before trial. We are comfortable coming into a complex case in the late stages of the proceedings. We have experience handling entire trials with our team and integrating with co-counsel’s trial team. Our firm has a track record of obtaining large verdicts at trial for co-counsel and having those verdicts upheld on appeal.

Regarding our local counsel services, we have experience with the nuances of local trial practice and have served as local counsel in thousands of cases, including in single-event personal injury cases, class actions, commercial disputes, insurance disputes, and mass torts.

Many of the firms for whom we provide co-counsel or local counsel support have partnered with us for years, in some cases decades. We celebrate the co-counsel relationships that we have and look forward to creating new relationships now and in the years ahead.
